If you already have an account with a courier service, provide the details for a collect shipment. Prefer DHL or FedEx? We’ll get a quote for you

Lead Time

Loose cargo orders typically take 2-6 weeks, depending on the order quantity and our current pending orders. Orders are placed after full or down payment is received.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Coco Natura Products: 1-2 pallets (mixed or per variant).

Payment Terms

For Orders ≤ 2 pallets: 100% payment, 5 days before shipment.
For Orders > 2 pallets: 50% down, Balance 5 days before shipment.

Preferred payment: Wire Transfer.
